The home was so beautifully done! We loved that it was private, but close enough that we were able to walk everywhere in town. Brittney was always quick to respond. Even after check out they were quick to respond and let us back in the home to get items we left. We visit Lava every year and will definitely stay again.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the airbnb we had originally booked was unavailable. However, Brittney took it upon herself to find us other accommodations which were just as great and within the same block radius as our originally booked location. This was way above and beyond they level of customer service I expected! I would highly recommend using any of Brittney's properties.
